Hmm ok I am now using O&O Defrag.. but just curious... If I use my Computer as just a... Home Computer.. Nothing fancy like workstation/server blah blah.. Which Defragmentation Method should I use?(I Have read teh Help File, but just need verification)..

    Stealth

    Space

    COMPLETE/Access Method

    COMPLETE/Modified Method

    COMPLETE/Name Method

?

Sorry to start a Troubleshoot in this Thread =/

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Preform "COMPLETE/Name" once, and that do a regular defrag with "Stealth".

Once a day  . WHY? Unless you have lots of fragmentation daily, ie installing/ uninstalling large apps everyday, once a week or even once a month in some peoples cases is enough.
