Start Menu 7 – the best software to replace the standard Windows Start Menu ever made. Before creating Start Menu 7 program, the Developer spent a lot of time to understand how a human brain works with visual information. That’s why Start Menu 7 is so easy and natural to use for everybody.

NOTE: There seems to be some confusion with the software on GOTD,the program says it is "Start Menu X" while GOTD

page says it is Start Menu 7, and upon clicking on help/check for updates in the program,it opens web-page@ startmenuxp.. :P

I don't think it's "Start Menu XP Pro" since GOTD already published ages ago v4.23 of that one..

Terms and conditions

Please note that the software you download and install during

the Giveaway period comes with the following important limitations:

1) No free technical support

2) No free upgrades to future versions

3) Strictly non-commercial usage

Edit: from publisher on GOTD page...

This is Major update of the program which has been rewritten from scratch. The new version is extremely fast since use Multi-core CPU and GPU.

It has Virtual Groups so you may separate program list in groups to make it tidy and get fast access. This Virtual Groups are foldable. A group can be minimized with a single click! And programs within a group become visible when you place the mouse cursor over it as result you may see only most used programs.

This new version has native 64 bit support for all modern Windows.

The “Single-Click Launch” was improved so you may make “Main in Folder” for any deep program of the menu.

For those who want to update to 4.1 and get all the bug fixes and new skins without loosing the ability to edit their virtual groups, read on. Go to your programs folder and copy TidyStartMenu.exe., this is the virtual group folder manager, and is crippled in the free version. Now install the free 4.1 and overwrite the TidyStartMenu with the one you saved.

**You must exit StartMenu X and then use the Group Manager for the changes to be saved. Add, edit, or delete groups at will and then launch StartMenu X to see all changes are saved.**

Win7x64, flawless.
