Need help finding two programs.

1.- to remotely control another pc from home or office and

2.- A program that keeps kids and friends of kids from accessing the control panel and limiting other features on the lap top so they don't break things.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

www.netop.com --> Netop 9.5 Guest & Host (what I use in the office to control, restart, shutdown, and what-not, on all computers on the network)
