Private trackers question

Hello all,

There is an issue that I wanted to talk about is related to torrent private trackers like TL.

Is there any possibility of finding out that we use torrent if we use only a private tracker and disable all those features like DHT, LPD, PE, ...? I mean for example, can an American person use torrents (downloading/uploading) with private trackers? can ISP or government find it out?

Some of these trackers are based on http protocol, I think it's extremely hard for these types of protocols, because it's like to visiting a normal web page and second because of the encrypted content in it, so it's almost unreachable to get contents. :think:

I don't think it matters if you use private trackers or not. The thing is that private trackers are much less probable being tracked by "authorities". They would need to gain access and they are happy tracking public trackers. All the other security stuff you can use on either apart.
