Process Lasso 5.1.0.19

Process Lasso improves system performance, responsiveness, and stability during high loads through dynamic adjustments to process priority classes. It can also automatically terminate undesired processes, apply default priorities and CPU affinities to processes, limit the number of instances a process can have, and log all processes. It is not a task manager replacement, but does have task manager like capabilities to compliment its primary functions. Process Lasso runs on all editions of Windows 2000, XP, 2003, 2008, Vista, and Windows 7.

Thanks to sternog for the update.

Nope the x64 patch no longer works.

Does anyone have the v5.1.0.17a setup file?

The last working version I have is v5.1.0.16 which I can host if no one has 17 or 17a.

Scrap that the x64 patch does still work but you have to either run the ProcessLasso.exe directly after it has been patched or remove the "/nodelay" switch from the start menu shortcut.

The author has also silently updated the final version as time stamps and sizes are now slightly different: 06:14:36 vs ‎‏‎09:24:42 and 2,323,440 vs 2,322,696 bytes.

Happy days.

you're correct you have to delete the /noscript from the startmenu properties

your startmenu process lasso properties should look like this (i delete the /noscript)

It seems the patch for x86 version only works partially.

it wouldn't patch "ProcessGovernor.exe", so on the log, it says "This is the standard free version"

Just downloaded and installed it.

Didn't need to patch it again, as it remained licensed!

The version is actually 5.1.0.21.

At least the x64 that I've used.
