Yes this is lighter than Comodo or Outpost.

If you really want a light firewall try Look'n Stop , no Hips , just pure firewall to monitor the connections.

You could check Matousec website but don't forget they mainly test the HIPS included in the firewall.Comodo and Privatefirewall are both great , but as I said before if you want a pure firewall try L&S you won't even notice it's running on your system and it will only ask you once when an app tries to reach Internet , wich is after all the real purpose of a firewall :)
