You wanna install it on %program files% folder? This is suspicious for me, have you downloaded the installer again just in case it is corrupted? Which antivirus soft and/or firewall are you using?

:P %program files% folder, I mean to say C:/Program Files or C:/Program Files (x86) (this if using x64 Windows version). Try running the installer with elevated privileges (right clic Run as administrator) and disable Kaspersky before this.

If it doesn't work out with the new setup, you might have bad sectors, do a surface scan of your HDD.

I have had problems before related to software pack. If not, try checking your HDD as toyo said. I recommed using HDD Regenerator.

Use it first in the Preview mode or what is called, not the Normal one that says it will also do repairs, if you fear problems. I used it in Normal (with repairs) mode at least 20 times and it only did what it was supposed to: repaired the bads.
