I've always played with Motion2 slider set to 5, above that it would show artifacts. What resolution (480p, 720p, or 1080p) and type of files (.MKV etc.) are your movies? polorsport
The link for arcsoft total media 5 5.0.1.113 you provided requires a password to extract it. Have any ideas what it might be?S Player is good ...i like its auto sub titles download feature ..one more player i would highly recommend is the Zoom Player ( http://www.inmatrix.com/products.shtml ) .its light and plays HD content seamlessly and has some real good Video Controls .try the free version , it plays almost many formats and you would love the performance .the paid versions have some extra added support features .( but then , you can easily find the Pro out there some where ... ;) )Splash PRO is also good , used to use it along with SPlayer ,but when i tried the ZOOM Player it had the same Video Controls which Splash Player boasts of and with better performance ,so i stuck with Zoom ... :)just tried zoom player max, dunno why if i play a movie, there is only buzzing sounds from my speakers... :ozoom player max ver 7,default setting :mellow:arcsoft total media 5 totally awesome, but it's kinda heavy for the system and i really like the capture screen feature :Dsplash pro pretty good enough and it's not as heavy as arcsoft total media 5 :Pif someone want to try itarcsoft total media 5 5.0.1.113Site: http://www.filesonic.com/ Sharecode: file/1543469161 [?]There is a full version of Splash Pro hereSite: www.megaupload.com/ Sharecode: ?d=0RK7198C [?]mediafire link :DSite: http://www.mediafire.com/ Sharecode: ?9q4t5hxalxh4xn4 [?]

Tweety.Abd
.mkv 1080p,if i play vids with 480p almost all the scenes will show artifacts :mellow:I guess the artifacts are reduced when playing 1080p with Motion2 Ultra checked. I've tried playing 720p .MKV at the highest Motion2 settings, but I get artifacts and have to reduce it all the way down to 5 to get no aritifacts. SacredCultivator
CCCP + MPC-HC for me.Does what I need it to.Tested out Splash Player Pro EX and I must say it's quite nice but it lacks the Thumbnail feature I use from MPC for my fansubbing needs. So I MIGHT use both, but MPC primarily and Splash as secondary, for full watching opposed to skimming/previewing stuff.- - -If anything, with MPC with ffdshow, is it possible to sorta manipulate the features of Splash Pro? 1080i to 1080p conversion, Light Boost (50%), Detail Boost (70%), Motion² ( 20/24/25/30p to 60p conversion){100%}, Motion² ULTRA 1080p
