The 64-bit link was invalid even from their Official Website. You need to edit the link manually by changing "R8" to "R9" :

from . . . x64-R8-5191.zip

to . . . x64-R9-5191.zip

Then you can get the 64-bit version. However the server IS REALLY SLOW and UNRESUMABLE! :s
