Uninstall Winreview's Personalization Panel and Personalization panel DWM controller if they was installed.2. Apply the patch. Your Windows will be rebooted. Just wait when it will be done.3. hackerz14 Posted September 21, 2011 Author Share Posted September 21, 2011 Well.. as you know Win7 Starter/Home Basic doesn't support Aero!!!!and this will do the trick...some of us here or those who buy their pc/laptop with Win7 Starter/Home Basic preinstalled and want to have Aero enabled...
