SacredCultivator
Dear Readers, Okay this is just strange... And it occurred after I tried using this.I couldn't get it to work right so I uninstalled it. But in doing so seems to have did something witht he boot-up or something.. As when the system boots-up it is fine.. But once it reaches the desktop if I double click on a PROGRAM it takes lets just say.. 10-15 minutes to Open.. I can open folders INSTANTLY but once I click on anything like a Program/Text/etc. it takes forever to load it... And I uninstalled WB with YourUninstaller 2k8 and even tried using MS BootVis (THis took FOREVER to get running/working).So not too sure what is wrong.. Ran a VirusScan with Nod32 nothing, used SpySweeper and found nothing...Below is a HiJackLog of the system so dunno if anyone can help out, thanks.(PS: When I was running this scan I got 2 errors, bah should have screen shot them as now they dont' occur, but it did deal with something about the 'boot')Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2Scan saved at 10:05:28 AM, on 1/20/2008Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600)MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16574)Boot mode: NormalRunning processes:C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exeC:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\S24EvMon.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exeC:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXEC:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exeC:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\bin\ZCfgSvc.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\ifrmewrk.exeC:\Program Files\SigmaTel\C-Major Audio\WDM\stsystra.exeC:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exeC:\Program Files\Logitech\SetPoint\SetPoint.exeC:\Program Files\SpywareGuard\sgmain.exeC:\Program Files\WallMaster\wallmast.exeC:\Program Files\Common Files\Logitech\KhalShared\KHALMNPR.EXEC:\Program Files\SpywareGuard\sgbhp.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\EvtEng.exeC:\Program Files\Eset\nod32krn.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\RegSrvc.exeC:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exeC:\Program Files\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\SpySweeper.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\WLKeeper.exeC:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\Dot1XCfg.exeC:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\wuauclt.exeC:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exeF:\HiJackThis.exeR0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=69157R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=69157R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=54896R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=69157R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! SacredCultivator
@bearoninternet: Lol, link works for me. It was to Windowblinds, but dunno after messing around with a bunch of boot-up defraggers (BootVis/TuneUp Utilities/UDefrag) and just some maintenance.. Seems things are back to normal... So not too sure what happened...
