Marik Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 I keep getting the message "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the app may fix this problem"Now I've googled, and they kept saying its related to the vc++ libraries....I've uninstalled and re-installed all the .net frameworks and vc++ redistributable packages to no avail.No matter how many times I installed and reinstalled those packages I keep getting the same message over and over.Only some apps don't work, which leaves me clueless as to why do the rest of them work.Any thoughts/ideas? :unsure:edit:Nvm...turns out I had the same entries in the uninstallation panel over and over....after removal of all of them, and reinstallation, everything started to work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
