shought
<img src="http://www.nsanedown.com/images/logos/News.png" class="logo" alt="News" title="News">The forums issues have been temporarily resolved by hosting the forums on the frontpage server, as we've never done this before we don't know whether the frontpage server will be able to cope with the load generated by the forums, so we'll have to see how this goes. I'm fairly sure the server will be able to handle the load though. You should be able to login as you normally would and all that should be changed is the domain name in your address bar. If you experience any issues please let us know and we will look into them. For now: happy posting!Edit: we are back on our old domain now!

LeetPirate
everything seems to be running smoothly - don't break what isn't broke But it's already broken. This is the quick fix.I'm sure it's a hell of alot of work and time consuming. Still, I hope the cause of the issue is determined. I no like all eggs in 1 basket, too many users will be sad if both the frontpage + forums had issues. I'd be bored all day too.Maybe Lite can request the host to migrate his account to another physical server if the current one is going crazy. nsane
...as we've never done this before we don't know whether the frontpage server will be able to cope with the load generated by the forums...Actually, they were hosted together on the PRQ box back in teh day, which was fucking ANCIENT, even at the time. So even with all the new additions to both of them, you guys should be alright!

HX1
I just can't believe Lee thinks Apache Sux.. I love it.. but then gain I am not trying to jack in with PHP and SQL either. just straight pipe here.. ( Maybe even forgot the headers )... :lmao: Nah but I have always used it.. I have noticed issues like this before but they seemed to just go away.. There are many little things to check in the code and configurations.. updates... changes.. and even the databases can be an issue.. though I never really got past some of the first stages when messing with those... I abandoned it really for something simpler.. and Python fueled endeavors..
