    Putting the entire degradation fiasco aside. DLVR actually sounds pretty sweet. The per-core/cluster voltage control, combined with good affinity rules, would be amazing for people doing a lot of virtualization. Being able to fully overvolt and overclock an individual cluster, then dedicating it to a VM for example, while leaving the rest of the system stock would be great for power efficiency and heat dissipation. All without having to crank the voltage to 11 for the entire CPU package.

    I also wonder if it will be adjustable on the fly? Being able to spool up another cluster, for a second VM or something, without going into the BIOS would be really nice.
