NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 610.74 improves the DLSS performance for DOOM: Dark Ages/Revelations and AC Black Flag Resynced.
NVIDIA just released a new Game Ready driver for desktop and laptop graphics cards. The new driver goes by the number 610.74, and it fixes... absolutely no gaming bugs. It arrives after the previously released driver resolved issues in various games and applications. So, expecting two releases in a row to fix issues was probably too much to hope for.
The only change NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 610.74 driver brings is optimization for three specific games: DOOM: The Dark Ages and Revelations, and Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. Players of these games should notice improved performance when turning on DLSS.
The new driver does fix the issue with Tencent Meeting flickering when Smooth Motion is enabled, so if you're using this software, it should work better after updating your graphics card.
On the other hand, Game Ready Driver 610.74 carries over a power management issue from previous versions, which prevented the "Prefer Maximum Performance" option from being applied properly.
Here's the full changelog of the new driver:

Since the new driver fixes none of the known gaming issues, you can comfortably skip this one if you don't play DOOM or AC Black Flag Resynced.
