There are some doubts about it's usefulness.It was delisted now, LeetPirate's comment about it in the the staff forum pretty much sums it up why.It is really a waste of time because when we update it we essentially unsupport everybody except the latest version of the hardware chipset it was made for. Intel's documentation itself is pretty vague. Aside from that, generic computers do not need this at all, the microsoft drivers work just as well for any custom built generic system. the only people who actually benefit from this is people who bought laptops or desktops from the consumer brands such as dell etc. and they get the one and only version that works for their system from the manufacturer download page. The only thing these drivers really do is rename the devices to more specific Intel based device names but the functionality remains the same.
