Go to the app settings and find 'clear data' option, then simply open the app again and enter any form of bogus email i.e. [email protected]

Basically. By deleting the data, you are effectively uninstalling the app without having to reinstalling it for the purposes of the crack.

I can only suggest it could be a firmware issue on your device (it probably isn't) but that's the only other thing I can think off. 

 

I've just tried at my end and it works, so it could be device dependant.

PS. Unfortunately the Seven U.K. servers offered don't support the BBC iPlayer and other U.K. catchup services. Not sure if the USA servers support Netflix, as I haven't tried.
