Suggestion:

Don't u feel posting same links just with different versions title boring. Also, if it is FP, then u post a comment again with link to your FP thread comment.

 

However, my suggestion is you can post a single thread repos with every s/w portable from PortableAppZ and just link to it on every s/w update. Also, if the links are updates, post an update comment and embed in respective comment in your repos thread or edit the respective portable comment in repos thread with old and updated new links. It'll save readers from repeated downloads and extra scroll.
