Like it was told (by the past such as on this post, etc), the answer is very simple @Kerry4444 no there aren't the same thing (software, company, another GUI, etc).

This new version force wipes out all of my application configurations. Can anyone confirm? I had the version right before this and never had this problem.  Tried restoring from a backup and making sure all of the config files remain, but it doesn't accept older configuration version.


I have re-do all of my applications settings again, ugh!  Portable version here x64

upgraded without issue from 8.3.0.53 to 8.3.0.54

I had this  problem  before  when upgrading to a new version of Windows 10  were the OS itself  caused the problem were M$ changed stuff around . As far as this update i can't confirm as I  waited  tell i done a clean reformat of Windows 8.1  to update  to  this version  different OS  new set of rules needed witch is working fine btw  .. It's no trouble if you have to  redo rules every now and then  and it will work better for fresh installs of windows than using you're  old rules . Did you upgrade from 8.2.0.x or something?
