Made a slight balls up on installing build 8.. I installed retail version a few minutes ago and copied over a pre-cracked IDM.exe (from another site). It works well but I just found out it's the trial version's IDM.exe I copied over.. I'll keep using it but can anyone tell me if this is a good or bad idea...???

I was in such a hurry after having to restore C:-Drive and finding that I had a previous version installed when that image was made. I updated Firefox and that version didn't work anymore so I went straight to build 8,, just going to fast for my own good...

I had one that works for me, I don't know who make it, but is possible do an update of IDM and aplly the patch again without uninstall.

I cant help but thinking this crack is infected.. since comodo open my eyes to it unsigner.exe

the file size and hash does'nt match from a crack of the same name i've got.

Always with this version when downloading big files over 700 MB when i come  back too my PC  after everything downloads  i get a Data corruption problem error form IDM,  clean install of Windows 8.1 and just using the trial version not even cracked  and when i check my rars and things they want even be corrupted, my friend told me they was a bug in it before i ever installed this version and still they not updated it since March 30th  WTF  ? No problems if I download my Big files using J Downloader 2  .  

 

May 5th  it happened  when I came back and looked after downloading this

 

Then it happen again May 6th after downloading this

 

It never happens downloading small software downloads like is posted on here,  it only happens when I download  big files  and they was in queue only 1 file at a time.

I doubt  it as it happens with a paid service that i pay for  that maxes out my Internet speed  and the service works just fine with Kodi  , Ant download manger   and  J Downloader 2 on Windows  and Kodi , Uget  and J Downloader 2 on linux and it worked fine on and old version of IDM i had using with Cyberfox ESR and Windows 10 tell last week .

 

For me  always  i used J Downloader 2 on Linux for big files for my leecher  never no errors and the program extracts rars and zips  , now i'm testing IDM 6.30  on windows  I get errors 2 days in a row and I test J Downloader 2 and it works great just like it does in Linux .  This the 1st bugs I had like this with IDM since like 2011 when it use to would download the corrupted files before they put that in there to stop corrupted downloads    . Ant downloader have another bug it will have 16 connections and drop down really fast to 1 at end  and get too 99% and stop before it finish sometimes witch is worse than whats happening with IDM. I don't have time for this i will just use  J Downloader 2 for my leecher.

What is the method of integration you used? Appx silent install with internet connection? Or direct install to WindowsApps without internet need, how than you bypass the certificate?

Uninstall.exe -instdriv if one check all task when idm original installer is running we are given that one.
