I'm from Philippines.

they're still fighting until now, so many innocent killed already.

and the latest news earlier that maybe the enemy has a tunnel that's why they can hide anywhere and cannot see/find by the army.

they're too smart and have unique equipment to build a tunnel.

The big thing is, after they found the leader and his sons, they found 52 Million cash and check almost 20 million.

Now according to president they're not gonna stop until the enemy dead.

Apparently Duterte became angry with USA after Obama had promised him military weapons and a deal was made - and then somehow some usa congressman or senator stopped the deal.  That's why Duterte was calling Obama Son of a B..  and saying he could go to hell, etc.

[Politics aside]

A human heart cries as --

"There but for the Grace of God

goes I".

Starving: I, father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, child, neighbor ...

Need a morsel to put in

the churning stomach.   :(

magtatago kayo..

America gave the arms to Philippines military .. free.

MANILA, Philippines – The United States on Monday, June 5, gave the Philippines hundreds of machine guns, pistols, and grenade launchers, which a local commander said would be used against terrorists battling troops in a southern city.

The weapons are handed over at a ceremony in Manila that highlighted a decade-old American counter-terrorism assistance program to the Philippines worth about $150 million

Show the source of your post ?

Someone said the Philippines relations with other countries is much like an Open Marriage, where partners are free to have relationships with others.   One could say the same pretty much goes for all free countries.

Obama is not the US president anymore so...

Duterte has a different stance with America since..

Why then do we still have 'balikatan' exercises with US forces..

Look at the videos... Name the Standard Issue rifles in the RP armed forces? Surely not Kalashnikovs

Also Which countries really helped us during  Yolanda? and the recent earthquakes?

that was before previous Admin under Aquino. Duterte already shifted the foreign policy to Russia and there's no turning back. American forces will be gone in two years and no more US military presence in Philippines. We are Sovereign Sate.

Huh? i'm talking about "now" not some decades ago. American military will be gone in 2019 forever. hopefully, so we can prosper w/o relying on others.
