Transfer photos to Computer from Phone :
Just plug phone to computer with USB and turn phone to USB storage mode (should give you that option 
once you connect phone to computer). Access photo on the phone like a USB drive on your computer.

Download photo from Computer to Phone :
When you plug the phone into a computer, via USB, you should be able to open any folder (if it does not 
auto launch the choices of how you want to view the device) and you should see two options, one for 
phone and one for the card. 
Your phone should have come with a usb cable. use that cable to plug it into your computer. 
A popup window should pop up, click on view files. if it does not open just open "my computer", 
there should be a new drive in there.


Import photos and videos from phone to PC (Microsoft) :
To transfer photos and videos from your phone to PC, first connect your phone to the PC with a USB cable. 
Then open the Photos apparatus on your PC (select the Start button, and then Photos), select Import, and 
follow the instructions. It will automatically select new items you have not imported before, or you can 
choose what to import.
